I have worked in disability organisations, autism early intervention, government funded programs and private practice. I have been the sole clinician with 75 children on my caseload. I have been sacked from a job. I have been the glorified childcare worker who felt invisible and the key worker in a multidisciplinary team that showed me what truly holistic care looks like.
And in all of that, the thing that nearly broke me was not the complexity of the work. It was doing it without anyone to land with.
Therapists are some of the most giving, capable, quietly struggling humans I know. They hold space for everyone. And for too long, nobody has been holding space for them. That is why The Therapists Haven exists. That is why supervision with me exists. And that is why I wanted to make it easier to access both at once, with something extra folded in for the people who want to stay close.
Because some of you who have found your way into this world do not want to leave at the end of a session or a monthly call. You want your supervision, your community and a direct line to me during the work week, without having to manage three separate things or pay for them separately. This bundle is that.
I have kept it to ten places because that is genuinely the number of individual supervision clients I can hold well alongside everything else I carry. This is not a group programme and it is not a separate community; it is your own monthly 1:1 supervision session with me, full access to The Therapists Haven, and a private WhatsApp line to me during business hours, bundled together for people who already know what this work feels like and want more of it.

What comes with the bundle
Three things that already exist separately, brought together into one bundle that is simpler, better value, and includes something you cannot access any other way.
A full 60-minute private supervision session every single month, and the agenda is entirely yours. There is no prescribed format here, no checklist to work through, and no expectation that it looks a particular way. Some people come with a complex case they have been sitting with. Some come wanting to untangle the business side of their practice, think through their direction, or work out what they are actually building and why. Some come needing to reconnect with who they are as a clinician and what that means for the way they want to work. Whatever you bring is what we work with, because this is your time and your growth, and I follow your lead. Supervision is increasing to $275 per session for new bookings, and it is included when you take this bundle.
Everything inside the Haven is yours: monthly live Zoom mentoring meet-ups on the third Friday of each month, the full recording library of every session, the members-only WhatsApp peer support group, in-person Perth events throughout the year, and 10% off ticketed gatherings when you bring a friend. The Haven membership is increasing to $65 per month, and when you take this bundle it is included for as long as you stay active.
This is the part that changes things, and it is the piece that does not exist anywhere else in what I offer. A private, direct WhatsApp line to me, Monday to Friday during business hours, for the questions that genuinely cannot wait until your next session: the Thursday afternoon case that has you stuck, the Monday morning wobble before a difficult conversation with a family, the "am I reading this right?" moments that therapists tend to carry alone simply because there is nobody to call. About Di
I am Di Van Der Walt. A speech pathologist, mentor and clinic director with more than seventeen years of experience and a belief that has shaped everything I have built: that connection is not a nice-to-have in this profession. It is the whole thing.
I built Perth Hills Allied Health from Saturday morning sessions while my husband was home with the boys, and grew it into a full clinic with a leased space, a team of therapists and more than I ever planned for. I navigated the NDIS from before it existed through every reform, pricing cap and uncertainty that has followed. I have been named in Australia's Top 50 Small Business Owners. I chaired the Private Speech Pathologists Association of WA for three consecutive years. And then in 2025, my team dissolved, my Dad's illness took a turn, and in the same week my last full-time therapist resigned, Dad went into palliative care. He passed away ten days later.

Your joining price is yours to keep. Supervision is increasing to $275 per session and The Therapists Haven is increasing to $65 per month. Yes, and this is entirely intentional. The bundle is only open to people who have either completed 1:1 supervision with me or been a member of The Therapists Haven, not because I want to create an exclusive tier, but because I want the people coming in to already have a feel for how I work, so that the supervision and the support we build together can go deeper from the very first session without needing to spend time establishing the basics.
It is a private, direct message line to me, available Monday to Friday during business hours, and what matters most about it is that it is genuinely real. You can send me a clinical question, a reflection, a "I am not sure how to handle this conversation with this family" message and I will respond, because it exists precisely for the moments that fall between sessions and cannot wait another month to be held properly. It is not unlimited and it is not 24 hours, but it is more access to me than exists anywhere else in what I offer.
Supervision is increasing to $275 per session and The Therapists Haven is increasing to $65 per month, and if you join the bundle before those increases take effect, your monthly rate of $300 is locked in permanently for as long as you remain an active member. Even if the bundle price increases in the future, your rate will never change, because joining at $300 means that is what you pay, and that commitment runs both ways.
If you join the bundle, your existing Haven membership is absorbed so you will not be charged separately for both, and your rate of $300 per month covers everything from the day you join.
Absolutely. There are no lock-in contracts, no penalty for leaving, and no pressure to stay if the timing is not right. All I ask is reasonable notice so I can open your spot to someone on the waitlist if one is waiting. Your rate is locked in while you stay, but staying is always your choice.
When all ten places are filled, a waitlist opens, and if a place becomes available I will reach out in order of registration and keep the list warm with updates along the way. The ten-place limit is not a marketing tactic; it is genuinely the number of people I can hold well inside this level of access while continuing to do everything else I do, because belonging at this depth requires that kind of care and I am not willing to offer it any other way.
